She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bohlen and Polly Bohlen (Hayes); and her nephew John Bohlen. She is survived by: her daughter Jordan Coolidge (Jay); her grandchildren, Brilynn Surine and Remi Coolidge; and her siblings, Mike Bohlen, Katie Wyrick and Steven Bohlen. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
