It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Raye Lawson (Middletown, Ohio), born in Slade, Kentucky, who passed away on May 10, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Mays (Blanche) and Virgie Estridge (June); her husband Ova Ray Lawson; her brother G. B. Mays (Faye); and her great grandchild Kaitlin Aleshia Bradley.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Lawson, Sheila Renee' Thompson (Doug), Ronald Ray Lawson (Tari) and SuzAnn Raye Lawson; her grandchildren, Brandi Bradley (Brad), Brandon Thompson (Jennifer), Danielle Morris (Jamie), Lacy Robinson (Cody) and Megan Beavan (Zach); her great grandchildren, Lucas Wayne Bradley (Kiersten), Ruby June Thompson, Olivia Grace Thompson, Foster Allen Robinson, Vera Sue Beavan, Elliette Raye Robinson and River James Male; her siblings, Louise Braden, Frankie Martin, Rick Mays (Diane) and Kendall Mays (Barbara); and her brother-in-law Oscar Lawson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
