He is survived by: his sister Freda Diane Barnett (Larry) of Lebanon, OH; his sister-in-law Paula Binns (Cruse) of Middletown, OH; and his nieces and nephews, Kim Wright (Rick), Josh Barnett (Jamie), Amanda Beitzel (Ben) and Sarah Arnold (Justin). He is also survived by several great nieces, nephews and cousins.
