She was predeceased by: her parents, Envy Wheeler and Virgie Wheeler; her daughter Krystal Manning; her husband Jeffrey Pergram; and her siblings, Lavada Wheeler, Bronson Wheeler, Larry Wheeler and Paul Wheeler.
She is survived by: her children, Kristina O'Leary (Chris), Glenn Hamilton (Melissa), Kim Smith and Missy Hamilton; her son-in-law Jeff Manning; her stepchildren, Cindy Marshall (Mike), Debbie Boles (John) and Johnna Carpenter (Dave); her grandchildren, Kevin Caudill (Kristina), Lexus Carroll (Jesse), Kaleb Hamilton (Liz), Savanah Zinck (Curtis), Krystalynn Luke (Daniel), Ryan Morris (Jessica), Katie Morris, James Hamilton (Allison), Alexis Cantrell, Cassie Cantrell (Malachi), Joseph Hamilton, Wesley Shope, Thomas Shope, Amber Ascencio, Jonathan Kendall, Tabitha Ferguson, Brittany Carpenter, Brandon Carpenter, Amanda Boyd, Joey Boyd, Amber Hutchinson, Laykin Smith and Christopher Smith; her siblings, Martha Blankenship (JR), Pam Helton (Rick), Dennis Wheeler, Raymond Wheeler, Lindon Wheeler (Rissie) and Ottis Wheeler; and her former husband John Kahne. She is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
