He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Ann Clevenger and Reider; his sister Debra Perkins (Tim); his sibling's children, Tara Perkins (Decker Thorowgood) and Timothy C. Perkins (Dawn); and his aunts, Betty Pyles Perrine and Janet Reider Chase. He was also cherished by cousins & many friends, and the best friend.
