He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Blazer. He is survived by: his father Paul David Sr. Blazer (Lynn); his siblings, Kim Runyon (Tim) and Bobby Blazer; and his nephews, Luke and Jake Runyon.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Paul's name to Hospice of Butler Warren Counties, and Hope House in Middletown.
