He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Ratliff and Cynthia Ratliff (Back); his son Paul David Ratliff; and his siblings, Bill, Robert, Jimmy Ray Ratliff, Juanita Cochran and Jewel Ratliff.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Ratliff; his daughters, Deborah Lynn Cheuvront, Linda Sue Larkin and Sandra Lee Alexander (Steve); his grandchildren, Crystal Cotton (Travis), Brian Alexander, Katie Lewis (Adam), Amber Cron (Travis), Lindsay Martin (Zachery), Melissa Larkin, Nikki Smith (Tyler), Sunni Richards and Lindaann Cheuvront; and his sisters, Olgie Ratliff and Delorise Stahl. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home (6850 Roosevelt Ave, Middletown, OH 45005). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
