She is survived by: her sisters, Mary Beth Lewis and Cheryl Sears; her nephews, Erik (Jennifer Lewis), Damon (Rachel Lewis), Ian Sears (Carla) and Ronnie Reynolds; Arika, Logan, Morgan, Tye, Ensley, Westyn, Sam, Emmett, Kaleb, Ethan, Waylon, Hayley, Paige, Vera Lynn, Eliza, Alexia, Mia and Ella.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mueller Hicks Funeral Home & Crematory (6780 Roosevelt Ave, Middletown, OH 45005). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
