It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis C. Otterbein of Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on January 14, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray R. Gutridge and Mary Sue Gutridge. She is survived by: her husband Edward H. Otterbein; her siblings, Dale, Thomas, Gene Gutridge, Frances Covert, Ella Mae Sheets and Nadine Henegar; and her caregivers, Kimberly Myers and Joan Shivers.
