With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ralph P. Abney of Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on February 19, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey and Opal Abney; his brother Bob Abney; his daughter Cindy Tiedemann; and his close friend Bud.

He is survived by: his daughters, Cathie Abney of Middletown, OH, Karen Abney of Louisville, KY and Paula Dunn (Tony) of Liberty Township, OH; his grandchildren, Carey Tiedeman of Saugerties, NY, Denise Murray of Liberty Township, OH, Cody Howard-Dunn (Ashley) of Florence, KY, Kyle Huninghake (Alyssa Polozzi) of Denver, CO and Alex Huninghake (Cassidy Shea) of Austin, TX; his great grandchildren, Lucas and Margaret Murray; his siblings, Dearel Long of Germantown, OH, Vonda Barner of Monroe, OH and Bill Abney (Barb) of Springboro, OH; and his close friend Ceal Berberich. He is also survived by his grandsons, son-in-laws, nephews and his many good friends.

Memorial donations may be made to Holy Family Parish or the charity of your choice.
