It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca S. Howard of Middletown, Ohio, born in Salyersville, Kentucky, who passed away on December 27, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Risner and Leatha Risner (Patrick); her husband Eugene Howard; and her siblings, Imogene and Bobby.
She is survived by: her children, Matthew Tackett (Wendy) and Pamela Tackett (Billy Smallwood); her granddaughters, Brittany Tackett and Brandy Amis; her great grandchildren, Bella Chain, Braylynn Perry and Beckham Perry; her stepchildren, Tim Howard (Debbie) and Cassandra Halfacre (Bill); her siblings, Charles, Glenn, Bill, Betty, Donnie, Gerald, Kaye, Judy and Joyce; and her former husband Joe Tackett.
