She was predeceased by : her parents, Richard Ferguson and Lorena Ferguson; her sibling LaDeana Ferguson; and her niece Tia Schul. She is survived by : her spouse Ryan Niehaus; her children, Ricky Cockerham (Ashley), Ashley Ferguson and Brysonn Niehaus (Ayryal); her grandchildren, Jenna Singleton, Jaxon Singleton, Braylan, Alexis, Austin, Jacie Cockerham, Ellie, Ebbie Byrd and Kaysonn Niehaus; and her pet Roxanne.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home (6850 Roosevelt Ave, Middletown, OH 45005). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
