It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard L. Manns of Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on February 4, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Louella Manns (Cress) and Lawrence E. Manns; his wife Carlotta "Carly" Manns; his stepmother Violet Manns; and his sisters-in-law, Rachel and Rita Manns.

He is survived by : his daughters, Sherrie Higdon (John), Melissa Smith, Amy Henderson (Cody) and Tracey Manns; his grandchildren, Abigail Higdon, Autumn Stapleton (Zach), Emily, Daniel Raleigh (LeeAnn) and Noah Bjorklund; and his siblings, Donnie Manns, Danny Manns (Lois), Larry Manns (Lucy), David "Davo" Manns, George Manns (Sue), Kim Reed and Julie Hudson (Billy). He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
