He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Spencer, (Williams) and Riley Emory Spencer, Sr.; and his brother Ray Compton. He is survived by: his brother Jimmy Lee Spencer; his niece Heather Spencer; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Johnathan Spencer, Grace Murphy, Landan Murphy and Spencer Murphy; and his cousins, Elmer Spencer and Johnny Rains. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
