He was predeceased by: his parents, William Specht and Margaret Specht (Tewart); his wife Nellie Specht; his daughter Mary Alice King; and his sisters, Dorothy Kaufman and Eileen Downey.
He is survived by: his son William E. Specht (Bonnie); his grandchildren, Melissa Kerr (Scott), Lindsey Dennis, Kathy King (Bruce) and Sheila Wright (Keith); and his sister Margaret Janet Rowan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
