He is survived by: his mother Lavern Evans (Helton); his wife Mary Evans; his daughters, Cherie Reedy (Mark), Jenny Streibick (Mike), Jaime Peck (Jamie) and Beth McFarland (Rob); his grandchildren, Nick Streibick (Heather), Samantha Minges (Devin), Ethan McFarland and Hayden Peck; his great grandchildren, Audrey Minges, Hallie Minges and Elina Streibick; and his siblings, Richard Evans (Latricia), Eddie Evans, Marty Evans (Debi) and Joy Treadway (Mike).
