He is survived by: his wife Alene Shouse; his daughters, Rita Blair (Greg), Lisa Blevins (Jim) and Sheila Perkins (Scott); his grandchildren, Matthew Hagen (Lynn), Josh Blair (Lindsey), Misty Blevins, Tani Gordon, Shelby Sove (Dan) and Maci Miller (Bart); his great grandchildren, Cody, Coy Blair, Sienna, Nathan, Adi Hagen, Daniel, Timmy Sove, Rowdi Lynn and Grady Miller; and his sister Cora Belle Watts.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home (6850 Roosevelt Ave, Middletown, OH 45005). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
