Ronald Carter Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 6, 2023, at the age of 70, Ronald Carter of Middletown, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wathen Carter and Elsie Mary Carter (Ferguson); his siblings, Katherine Witham (Kenneth) and Donald Carter; and his brother-in-law David Frederickson.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jo Carter (Fox); his sons, Jeremy Carter (Caitlyn) and Matthew Carter (Sarrah); his grandson Jonah Carter; and his sisters, Jan Frederickson, Linda Banks and Brenda Taylor. He is also survived by many loving nieces & nephews.
