He was predeceased by: his parents, John Anne and Sue Anne. He is survived by: his wife Brandi; his children, Donna, Asher and Scotti; and his grandchildren, Delaney and Victoria.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Woodside Cemetery (1401 Woodside Blvd, Middletown, OH 45044).
