She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hudson and Goldie Hudson (Combs); her husband Dalton Pettus; her children, Linda Slezak and Dalton "Skip" Pettus; her granddaughter Tawny Slezak; her great grandchild Lloyd White; and her siblings, Mary Jane Dunn, Stella Robinson, Robert Hudson and Lois Prater.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Murphy (Mike) and Joe Pettus (Vicki); her children-in-law, Marsha Pettus and Mark Slezak; her brother Doug Hudson; and her grandchildren, Joe Pettus II, Darren Murphy (Liz), Cari Banks (Nathan), Ryan Pettus, Stacy Wenham (Perry), Shelby Pettus, Ericka Slezak, Sandra Wagers (Matt) and Jacob Slezak. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandsons; and numerous nieces, nephews, and a large extended family, along with her friends and family.
