She was predeceased by: her mother Clara Belcher (Start); her husband Hubert Addison; her sons, Rocky and Corky Addison; her grandson Chad Selby; and her siblings, Ruth Smith and James Belcher.
She is survived by: her children, Rosie Pate (John), Barbara Sparkman, Sandy Booth (Jack) and Randy Addison; and her siblings, Lily "Jean" Wills and Morton Short (Flora). She is also survived by ten grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
