She was predeceased by: her mother Ruby Addison (Belcher); and her father-in-law Robert Booth. She is survived by: her father Hubert Addison; her brothers, Rocky and Corky; her nephew Chad Selby; her husband Jack Booth; her children, Andrea Wilmoth, Jacob Booth (Lauren) and Eli Booth (Katelyn); her grandchildren, Brody, Johanna, Marley, Mark, Jaxton, Ivan and Eva; her siblings, Rosie Pate (John), Barbara Sparkman and Randy Addison; and her sister-in-law Leann Baker.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Middletown Nazarene Church (215 S Sutphin St, Middletown, OH 45044). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at the same location.
