He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard C. Nein and Betty Lou Nein (Finlay). He is survived by: his wife Janis Nein (Ireland); his children, Jason Nein of Middletown, Courtney Smith (Nathan) of Columbus, Beckett Nein of Columbus and Brody Nein (Christina) of Middletown; his grandchildren, Kiptyn, Peyton, Dylan and Daxton Scott Smith of Columbus; and his brothers, Rick Nein (Barb) of Middletown and Tom Nein (Susan) of Winchester, Kentucky. He is also survived by many loving nieces & nephews.
