She is survived by: her son Michael Wayne Arvin Jr. (Denise); her grandchildren, Seth Arvin, Ashley Arvin and Brandon Waddell; her great grandchildren, Abbey and Kaison; her siblings, Sandy Holcomb and Ronald Hampton; her siblings' children, C. J. Holcomb and Leslie Ewing; her husband Perry Simmons; and her siblings, Nancy Ewing, Jack and Jerry Frazier. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
