He was predeceased by: his birth parents, Danny P. and Wanda L. Barnett; and his father Jerry Crews. He is survived by: his mother Deloris Crews; his children, Cody, Abby, Courtney, Charlene, Christopher, Leslie, Harley and Alyssa; and his siblings, William, Kenneth, Dan, Ben, Michael, Shanna and Cassandra. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many friends.
