She was predeceased by: her father Donald Smith. She is survived by: her mother Patricia Smith; her sons, Max Agee (Taylor) and Mitchell Agee (Tila); her grandsons, Owen and Bryson Agee; her boyfriend Anthony Fitch; and her siblings, Deb Barker, John Parks and Jim Parks (Tim Izor).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Wildwood Golf Course Event Center (601 Aberdeen Dr, Middletown, OH 45042).
