She was predeceased by : her parents, George Callahan and Zella Callahan; her husband Samuel Wicoff Ivins; her children, Toni Lanier and Mark Lanier; her stepson Brett Ivins; and her granddaughter Lara Gabbard.

She is survived by : her daughters, Paula M. Blankenship and Annie Caskey (Ken); her granddaughter Katie Gerard (David); her great grandchildren, Bran and Maeve Gerard; and her pets, Marley and Gertie. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
