He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Butcher and Marvel Butcher (Fischer); and his sister-in-law Linda Williams. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Butcher (Lengyel); his siblings, Robert Butcher (Cindy), Debbie Huer (Bill) and Steve Butcher (Julie); and his sisters-in-law, Diana Schott (Don), Cindy Downey and Barbara Frisch (Tim).
