He was predeceased by: his parents, George Garlick and Marilyn Garlick (Ranney); his brother George "Skip" Garlick; and his daughter Rita Louise Verbitski. He is survived by: his children, Colleen Stephenson (Brad), Stephen Garlick, Jr. (Stephanie), Lauren Shannon (Joshua) and Matthew Garlick (Ellen); his grandchildren, Kayla Garlick, Brennan Garlick, Brady Stephenson, Evan Garlick, Reagan Stephenson, Jack Stephenson, Larkin Shannon and Sutton Shannon; and his siblings, Elizabeth Garlick Thompson and Gregory Garlick.
