She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleve Collins and Narsis Collins (Campbell); her husband Ellsworth "Bud" Erickson; her daughter Tammy Evans; her grandson Josh Evans; and her siblings, Cleve Collins Jr. of Bonnie Collins, J. L, Harvey Collins, Pole Collins, Merrill Collins and Elsie Collins.

She is survived by: her son Tony Hamblin (Barb); her grandson Matthew Johnson; and her siblings, Polly Wolf (Lee), Johnny Collins (Yvonne) and Christine Ward (Ron).
