With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sydney G. Augspurger (Middletown, Ohio), who passed away on November 6, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Medley and Gladys Medley; her sisters, Linda Jack, Sandra Keiswetter and Fern Keller; and her nephew Robert Jack.

She is survived by: her sons, Greg Augspurger and Michael Augspurger (Emily); and her grandchildren, Caitlin Augspurger and Zach Augspurger.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Ohio's Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties in Gail's name.
