She is survived by: her siblings, Felicia McNeal and Waymon McNeal Jr. (Larrareina) of Germantown, WI.; her friend Tracy Cleveland of Dayton, OH; her close friend Shelly; and her nieces and nephews, Tikiyah McNeal, Stephanie Davis (Nelson), Jerome Holland (Salvador), Jerrod McNeal, Jeremy Watson (Krissy), Justin Watson (Niala), Tiara Smoot, Waymon McNeal III and Tanya McNeal. She is also survived by Great nieces, Great nephews, cousins, and friends.
