She was predeceased by: her mother Helen Combs (Stamper); her son Chuck Ricketts; and her sisters, Brenda Faye Combs and Phyllis Steffen. She is survived by: her husband Damian Avina; her daughters, Kelly Hatton (Randy) and Christy Forsythe (Mike); her grandchildren, Jessica Forsythe, Nathan Adkins, Ben Ricketts, Jordan Shepherd, Jake Forsythe (Hannah), Austin Reed and Peyton Forsythe; her great grandchild Michael Forsythe; and her sister Sandy Esselman. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and loving extended family members and friends.
