He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Corwin and Rose Ellen Mayne (Collier). He is survived by: his daughter Nikki Holderman; his grandchildren, Isaac, Alyssa and Cullen; and his brothers, Gary Mayne and Lawrence Mayne (Melissa). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
