He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry "Hank" Miller and Gene Miller; and his siblings, Henry E. Miller III and Kathi Howard (Verl Howard). He is survived by: his wife Marcia; his children, Michelle McEntire (Adam) and Grant Miller; his grandchildren, Jacob, Sammy and Charlotte McEntire; and his sisters, Jeri Petersen (Mike) and Jan Miller. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
