He is survived by: his wife Melody Johnson; his sons, Joseph Johnson (Emily), Anthony Johnson (Maddy) and Steven Johnson (Amber); his grandchildren, Sophia, Audrey, Mackenzie, Ava, Adalynn, Easton, Annie and Aiden; his sister-in-law Vicki Trowbridge; and his caregiver Olivia Williams. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
