He was predeceased by: his father Thomas, Sr. Swank. He is survived by: his mother Martha Ann Swank (Bowers); his son Thomas Ralph Swank, Jr. (Lisa); his siblings, Steve Swank, Jerry Swank (Carolyn) and Melanie Alderton (Bill); and his grandchildren, Tyler Gardner, Trevor Swank, Taylor Swank and Thomas Swank.
