He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronal Temple and Bobbie Temple (Robinette). He is survived by: his wife Patti Temple; his children, Mickey Temple and Christy Heitfeld (Wayne); his grandchildren, Kelsey Oldfield (Zach), Dylan Heitfeld, Shelby Heitfeld, Vanessa Temple and Rex Temple; his great grandchildren, Teagan, Blake and Maverick; and his siblings, Ron Temple, Larry Temple, Linda Mynhier, Sandy Sturgill and Kathy McCoy.
