He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Booth; his children, Kristin Booth, Ashley Rowland (Samuel) and Tim Booth (Alecia); and his grandchildren, Rhylee Messer, Mason Messer, Brooklyn Booth and Kaylee Booth. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and good friends.
