She was predeceased by: her parents, Ola Perry and Corbett Perry; her siblings, Tom Perry and Marlene Perry; and her brother-in-law Charles Bailey.

She is survived by: her husband Jim Clark; her children, Rachel Witt (David) and David Clark (Christine); her granddaughters, Sabrina Clark and Ciarra Witt; her nephews, Scott Bailey and Gary Bailey; and her niece Rebecca Moore (Aaron). She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
