She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul J. Slezak and Mary Slezak (Volarich); her husband John Erb; her daughter Mary Sue Brubaker (Bret); and her siblings, Josephine Sigl and Paul Andrew Slezak.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Dye (Michael) and Chris Erb (Merci); her grandsons, Eric Brubaker (Lesley), Aaron Brubaker and Ethan Dye; and her great grandchildren, Caroline Brubaker and Jocelyn Brubaker. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
