She was predeceased by: her parents, Otha Divine and Viola Royalty Divine; and her brothers, Garnett Lee Devine, Edward "Wayne" Devine and Donald J. Devine.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Curry "Joe" Burton of Middletown; her son Thomas Wayne Perkins (Beverly) of Versailles; her stepson Joseph C. Burton, II (Thelma); her daughter Ginger Scaife (Tim) of Middletown, Ohio; her sisters, Loretta Casey of Harrodsburg and Helen Black of Kenneth City, Florida; and her grandchildren, Bella, Bridget Scaife, Tess Patterson, Allyson Burton and Joshua Perkins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
