He is survived by: his wife Sara; his sons, Scott and Jeffrey; his stepchildren, Jocelyn Kelly (Josh), Rene Martin (Virgil), Jessica Callsen (Nick) and Jerry Martin (Angi); his sisters, Barbara Gray and Donna Kramer (David); his grandchildren, Brittany Crutcher (Aaron), Alexandria Parish (Evan), Samantha Gray, Asher Gray, Scott Zimmerman and Adriana Zimmerman; and his great grandchild Evelyn Crutcher.
