He is survived by: his children, Mike Howard, David Hayes (Joanie), Susan Kriner (John), Randy Hayes (Annette) and Eric Hayes (Vikki); and his cousin Beverly Younkins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home (517 S Sutphin St, Middletown, OH 45044). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
