He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Adkins and Marcella Adkins (Hatton); his brothers, Ricky and Kenneth Adkins; and his nephew Timothy Hollon.
He is survived by: his nephew Ricky Adkins II (Jenna); his great-nieces, Alexis and Charlie Adkins; his sister-in-law Connie Adkins; his sibling's children, Terry, Donna Hollon, Anthony Hollon, Jimmy Carpenter and Ashley Hollon; his close friend Todd Cresong; and also Charity Johnson.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home (6850 Roosevelt Ave, Middletown, OH 45005). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Wendall's honor can be gifted to Hospice of Hamilton, 1010 Eaton Ave, Hamilton, OH 45013.
