He is survived by: his daughters, Robyn Hufziger (Bob), Heidi Devine (Karl), Shannon Hackett (Randy Kemp) and April Caddell (Chris); his grandchildren, Shani Giannico, Sara Smith (Jason), Ben Devine (Elizabeth), Daniel Devine (Amanda Bower), Kelly Devine (Phillip Loving), Corey Hackett, Logan Hackett (Kyla Canup), Shelby Caddell (Jasmine), Henry Caddell, Casey Caddell and Carter Caddell; and his great grandchildren, Kayla, Kassidy Smith, Bridget, Molly, Colin Devine, Torrin, Declan Hackett, Jacob, Haizyl Hackett and Violet Caddell.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 12:30 PM. Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home (517 S Sutphin St, Middletown, OH 45044).
