He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Sr. McCabe and Mary McCabe (Forester); and his stepson Nathaniel Regensburg. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn L. McCabe (Porter); his children, Dan McCabe (Kristen), Steve McCabe and Lisa McCabe; his stepson Josh Regensburg (Amy); his sister Virginia Bourgoin; and his grandchildren, Dominic McCabe Beachler, Ella Ann McCabe and Braden Regensburg.

Memorial contributions may be made to Ohio's Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties, 5940 Long Meadow Dr., Franklin, Ohio 45005.
