He was predeceased by: his father James Edward Moore. He is survived by: his stepfather Roscoe Riddell; his sister Cynthia Ann Newman; his daughter Shelby Moore; his grandchildren, Sophia, Carter and Olivia; his mother Pearl Riddell; and his brother Bill J. Moore. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105.
