He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorin Jensen and Hazel Jensen (James); his son Duke Jensen; and his brother Jim Jensen. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Jensen (Gilbert); his daughter Paula MacDonald (Gar); his stepchildren, Shellie Morris (Ike Johnson) and Scott Wheeler (Missy); his brother Tom Jensen (Patsy); and his grandchildren, Clayton MacDonald (Sam), Kyle MacDonald, JP Morris, Zachary Morris (Jake Mirambell), Taylor Morris, Annamae Morris (Jess Tucker), Jamie Wheeler (Kya) and Tiffany Queen. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home (3805 Roosevelt Blvd, Middletown, OH 45044). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
