He is survived by: his wife Marsha Hollister; his daughters, Amy Hobbs (Dave), Billie Dingledine (Mike), Mary Burton (Terry), Wendy Adams (Mike) and Jodi Combs (Jeff); his siblings, Judy Roseberry and Jim Hollister (Barb); his siblings-in-law, Kathy Hollister and Gary Bales; his grandchildren, Matthew Scott (Monica), Megan Scott, Allison Burton, Andrew Burton, Kylie Dingledine and Lucas Dingledine; his extended family, Jacob Tannreuther, Lani Clark and Ramey Snyder; his close friend Peggy Thompson; and also Tyson.
